Heartsease Church is light and spacious with comfortable seating for about 180 people.
On an average Sunday there are 110-120 people, but for family services and 'specials' the church is full.
Worship is a relaxed and informal blend of traditional and modern elements with Biblical preaching.
Music has an important place in our worship and we are blessed with a number of gifted musicians of all ages to accompany the singing. In the picture you can see the organ and piano situated next to each other. We often use these two instruments together, especially when the full music group are sharing in worship. We use a data projector for songs not in the hymn books and to allow more visual creativity in worship.
Worship is something that is expressed in many ways through the normal living of our lives - a daily offering of worship. What happens when we come together on Sunday is a corporate expression of worship. We share all that is happening in our lives and
listen to what God has to say to us. We pray that visitors will find our worship
a faithful witness to the presence of Immanuel - God with us.
